I mainly deliver "doing" workshops and "step by step" instruction.

I take an approach that structures and layers information, so that core principles and key messages are clearly understood by all, whether they be on a programme of several weeks or a short module of an hour in length.

I have delivered training to a wide variety of skill levels and roles. I am as comfortable coaching a CEO as I am running awareness sessions for retired staff.

I have delivered on-site, off-site, in a formal training centre, remotely via telephone, at desk and of course in a corridor.
